How is this different from SeatGeek or StubHub alerts?
Marketplaces alert you on listings they own. Courtside watches the official partner of each arena (SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, AXS) and tells you only when a listing passes your exact filter — section, row, quantity, and budget — so you don't chase false positives.
Is my card charged every time I get an alert?
No. Alerts are included. You only pay the ticket price when you buy from the marketplace. Our subscription is separate and flat.
What's a 'great deal' — how do you decide?
Every alert is scored against face value (when the marketplace exposes it) and SeatGeek's dealScore (when they expose that). Below-face listings are flagged first. Historically unusual low prices are flagged second.
How fast are alerts?
On Premium we re-check each game on a schedule that tightens as tip-off nears — down to hourly in the final day — and email you within minutes of a matching listing. The free plan checks once a day.
